What You'll Be Doing Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations Operate tools and equipment to fabricate or modify parts as needed Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety protocols Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Familiarity with industrial tools, welding, and fabrication techniques
• Commitment to safety and quality in all tasks
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations
• Operate tools and equipment to fabricate or modify parts as needed
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety protocols
