As a new Maintenance Manufacturing Technician at Barron Industries Inc., you can expect a dynamic and engaging workday that revolves around keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly. A typical 2nd shift schedule would be Monday through Friday, from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with occasional weekends to ensure we maintain optimal machinery performance. Daily tasks will involve performing routine inspections, troubleshooting electrical and automation systems, and executing preventative maintenance (PM) on CNC machines, hydraulics, and pneumatics. You'll also collaborate with your team to tackle any maintenance challenges that arise in our foundry and during the operation of induction ovens. Safety is paramount, so you'll adhere strictly to safety protocols while actively participating in our energetic culture.
