The Maintenance Manager leads the planning and execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance across plant operations and warehousing locations, ensuring reliable performance of production equipment and fabrication tooling. This role oversees maintenance supervisors, technicians, and toolmakers, driving a high‑performance maintenance organization focused on equipment uptime, safety, and continuous improvement. What you can look forward to as Maintenance Manager: Driving maximum equipment uptime across machining, assembly, and shop operations by proactively managing maintenance performance Leading and continuously improving preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life Championing continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) Directing, coaching, and developing the maintenance team, providing clear priorities, technical guidance, and performance accountability Serving as a technical expert, offering hands‑on mechanical and electrical support while partnering with other technical resources Developing and delivering comprehensive maintenance training programs in collaboration with internal and external partners Implementing, tracking, and sustaining safety and environmental programs, ensuring full compliance with OSHA and internal standards Establishing and maintaining clear documentation, procedures, and audits to support safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance operations
