About The Position
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at a growing manufacturing facility specializing in high-performance nonwoven materials used across automotive, industrial, and specialty applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and enjoys balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple systems
- Experience implementing preventative maintenance programs
- Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-accountability environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 6 maintenance technicians
- Oversee all maintenance operations and equipment reliability
- Drive and improve preventative maintenance programs
- Coordinate maintenance scheduling while minimizing production disruption
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Partner closely with production to ensure efficiency and uptime
