Maintenance Manager
About The Position
A Food Manufacturing company located in the Chicago area is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager. What you will be Doing Successful candidate will direct all engineering efforts to ensure plant quality, efficiency, safety, and financial goals are met or exceeded as directed by the Plant Manager. Identifying and informing plant management of issues to be followed up on, and repairs that pose a potential threat to product safety or breakage/damage that could cause a food safety risk Analyze and make recommendations for the purchase, installation, and subsequent operation of equipment that will advance projects. Maintenance of the plant CMMS program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Must have at least 3+ years of maintenance management experience in food manufacturing preferred
- Experience with Autocad, Capex, installation, managing people and the ability to get on the floor and do maintenance repairs.
