About The Position
My client a leader in flexible packaging converting and printing seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager for their New Mexico facility. You will be responsible for Supervising and performing electrical, mechanical, and electronic upgrades and repairs on all flexo printers and bag machinery and equipment including pneumatic/ hydraulic systems and electrical equipment. Supervising a team of shift mechanics. Servicing the ink and wash up systems in the printing presses. Becoming proficient in the set up and operation of all bag machines. Electromechanical troubleshooting of all plant machinery and equipment. Performing mechanical and electrical upgrades on machines Reading and interpreting electrical and pneumatic schematics Assisting Converting Manager and Shift Leads in accident investigations and helping to make improvements to prevent accidents. They offer $80- $100K + bonus, full health benefits including a matching 401K and relocation expenses.
