Maintenance Manager - Revere at Spring Hill
About The Position
Oversee the facility maintenance management for the entire apartment community at the Revere at Spring Hill location which includes 408 units. This is a working supervisory position involving a wide variety of preventative maintenance and repair responsibilities. Rotating on-call shifts is required. Duties Include: Lead by example and are a role model for the standards and behaviors to ensure efficient property maintenance operations. Dedicate time to providing on-the-job training and educational opportunities to Maintenance Technicians. Effectively delegate, monitor and inspect the quality of work completed by the maintenance staff. Show care and concern for our residents through timely follow-up and meticulous completion of their apartment service tickets. Resolve maintenance issues in the area of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Manage the make-ready and apartment turnover process with attention to detail and timeliness so apartments can be leased, and new residents can move in. Preserve the beauty of the building and the safety of the community through general upkeep, cleanliness, and ground maintenance. Sustain peak efficiency operation levels for all property components. Adhere to applicable building, county, and safety codes/standards, while running an accident-free operation. Reinforce monthly staffing schedules, ensuring 24/7 emergency coverage.
Requirements
- Must have 3 to 5 years of multi-family management experience.
- Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) certification required.
- EPA certification Type II or Universal.
- Considerable experience troubleshooting HVAC
