About The Position
We are currently looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician. This position will work on day to day preventative maintenance, maintenance requests and unit turnover along with the general upkeep of residential apartment buildings. We are looking for someone who is a team player and has superior customer service skills. Gross Residential is celebrating over 100 years in business! Responsibilities
- On-call and weekend rotation
- Excellent communication and people skills in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Complete a broad range of preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Respond to work orders in a timely manner
- Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins
- Maintain building interior and exterior
- Grounds upkeep
- Appliance installation and troubleshooting
- Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures
- Basic HVAC maintenance
