Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, TPM, and root cause analysis methodologies
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and systems effectively
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments

Nice To Haves

• Technical degree or relevant certifications in maintenance, engineering, or related fields preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive Equipment Reliability and Uptime - Lead daily maintenance activities to support production targets and ensure smooth operations
• Implement and oversee Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to enhance equipment performance
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and develop effective solutions
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules, procedures, and documentation
• Collaborate closely with production teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions
• Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and spare parts inventory
