The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and managing strategies that ensure production and material-handling equipment operate safely, efficiently, and reliably across supply-chain operations. This role has primary accountability for equipment performance, uptime, and failure prevention, including conveyors, palletizers, automation, scales, refrigeration equipment, and other operational machinery. This role drives preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs, analyzes equipment performance data, and leads continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing downtime and extending asset life. Working closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering, this role emphasizes root cause analysis, reliability metrics, PM optimization, and standardization while ensuring compliance with food-safety and regulatory requirements in a highly regulated, 24/7 supply-chain environment.
