The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, facility safety, and operational efficiency. This role leads preventive and corrective maintenance programs, manages maintenance staff, and supports production goals by minimizing downtime. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions, including but not necessarily limited to the following: Plan, direct, and coordinate all maintenance activities for equipment, machinery, and facilities Implement reliability improvement initiatives and root cause analysis Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs Participate in strategic planning for facility and equipment investments Ensure timely response to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs Monitor maintenance KPIs (downtime, MTTR, MTBF, PM compliance) Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and supervisors Promote a safety-first culture and enforce safety standards Support capital projects, equipment installation, and upgrades Partner with Production, Engineering, HR, and EHS teams Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma)
