About The Position

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, facility safety, and operational efficiency. This role leads preventive and corrective maintenance programs, manages maintenance staff, and supports production goals by minimizing downtime. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (preferred)
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5–10 years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Experience managing preventive maintenance and reliability programs
  • CMMS system experience required
  • Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
  • Root cause analysis and continuous improvement mindset
  • Budget management and cost control experience
