About The Position
Responsible for machine preventive maintenance, facility maintenance, operating sonic cleaner and efficiently clean all component parts for the assembly department.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year Facility/Machine Maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret instructions
- Ability to know measurements
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.
Responsibilities
- Provide Maintenance services as needed - Preventive Maintenance for machines, facility maintenance, repairs
- Operate computer on sonic cleaner
- Add soap to tanks in correct amounts
- Employ and clean tanks as necessary
- Fill out cleaning sheets daily for quality department
- Transport heavy parts (approx. 50 lbs) throughout facility
- Replenishes stock on the assembly lines
- Assist in other areas, or tasks, to meet production needs
