Requirements

  • Over 5 years of mechanical, electrical, and/or HVAC maintenance experience and knowledge, demonstrating your proven expertise in maintaining a wide range of equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in leading maintenance crews is preferred, showcasing your ability to effectively lead a team.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and perform preventive maintenance on all production equipment, strictly adhering to defined schedules, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform repairs and upkeep on production equipment as necessary, minimizing interruptions and enhancing productivity.
  • Document and maintain equipment files and documents, creating a comprehensive record for future reference and facilitating efficient maintenance processes.
  • Optimize spare parts inventory to minimize disruption to production and ensure quick resolution of equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to create and implement daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for planned work, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of tasks.
