About The Position

The Shift Lead is responsible for guiding the execution of the daily production plan and standards for safety, security, and productivity, in addition to adhering to the quality criteria.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Basic tool knowledge is a plus
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets.

Responsibilities

• Always comply with all safety procedures while performing job duties using Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
• Train and guide operators on repairing pallets at a rate that meets company and safety standards.
• Visually inspects and audits pallets and determines rework needed.
• Communicate with Shipping/Receiving regularly on needs and status.
• Communicates with Shift Supervisor consistently for guidance and priorities.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
