We are seeking an experienced Master Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team that supports many aspects of the operations at our MARSHALLTOWN facilities located at our Walnut Ridge, AR, locations. The Master Maintenance Technician performs highly diversified duties, including installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facility mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic machines and equipment. Assisting in determining needs by predictive maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement measures. This Master Maintenance Technician is accountable to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 10+ years of Industrial maintenance experience
  • Extensive mechanical experience in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other equipment related to an Industrial environment is required
  • Extensive electrical experience (120V, 220V, 480V) in an Industrial environment required
  • AC/DC power source experience required
  • Extensive experience with equipment manuals, schematics, parameter lists, fault code listings, and troubleshooting guides

Nice To Haves

  • PLC, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing maintenance-related projects such as equipment installation, fabrication of fixtures, electrical installation, and machine troubleshooting
  • Installation and maintenance of a large variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic production machines and equipment
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs on a large variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment during production
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose issues, repair/replace parts for, and test/adjust mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, parameter lists, fault code listings, and troubleshooting guides
  • Identify and perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
  • Perform a variety of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, carpentry, and maintenance functions on a large variety of production equipment
  • Safely use various hand and power tools, electric meters, and material-handling equipment.
  • Detect faulty operations or defective material.
  • All other duties as assigned
