Implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs based on AM/PM concepts to minimize equipment downtime and maximize reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve maintenance issues, ensuring production schedules are met without compromising safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts usage, utilizing ERP and SAP systems for inventory management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of safety shoes and other personal protective equipment.
