About The Position
Like working with your hands, fixing things, and keeping things running? Were looking for a Maintenance Lead who can jump in, take charge, and get the job done. Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM On-Call: Rotating evenings/weekends required
Requirements
- 3+ years of maintenance experience
- HVAC/Refrigeration certification (required)
- Solid all-around skills (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
- Able to lift, climb ladders, and stay active throughout the day
- Reliable and able to work on your own
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day maintenance across campus
- Fix issues with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
- Knock out work orders and keep up with preventative maintenance
- Help with projects, setups, and seasonal work (including snow removal)
- Step in as a leader and help keep things moving
