About The Position
The job of Maintenance II is for the purpose/s of providing maintenance services with specific responsibility for maintaining facilities in safe operating condition; addressing immediate operational and/or safety concerns; assisting skilled trades; and ensuring that tools and materials are available at job site. This job is distinguished from similar jobs by the following characteristics: Maintenance specialties mayinclude : utility (HazMat), painting, carpentry, electrical, or other skilled trades. Other duties as assigned. This job reports to Director of Plant Facilities
