Requirements

No high school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a maintenance or construction environment
A valid driver's license
Physical requirements Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint
Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs
Ability to lift to 85 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

Order parts and maintain inventory as directed
Complete basic repair of assigned equipment and follow safety procedures at all times
Perform lifting, shoveling, cleanup work, snow and ice removal, and painting
Remodel and repair wooden structures, buildings, and their furnishings
Operate small power tools, shovels, rakes, and other maintenance tools
Operate company vehicles for transportation across the vehicle as needed
