Maintenance Technician Internship What You’ll Be Doing: 🔧 Hands-on maintenance work – Assist in repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.). 🏡 Preparing vacant units – Help with cleaning, trash removal, and make-ready tasks. 🌿 Keeping properties in top shape – Maintain grounds, sweep, remove trash, and water plants. 🛠️ Preventative maintenance & inspections – Support the team with upkeep and equipment checks. 🎨 Special projects – Assist with painting, curb appeal, and general property improvements. 📦 Shop & supply management – Keep the maintenance shop organized and stocked. 🔒 Safety & security – Follow safety procedures and help ensure a secure environment.
