Maintenance Technician Internship What You’ll Be Doing: 🔧 Hands-on maintenance work – Assist in repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.).🏡 Preparing vacant units – Help with cleaning, trash removal, and make-ready tasks.🌿 Keeping properties in top shape – Maintain grounds, sweep, remove trash, and water plants.🛠️ Preventative maintenance & inspections – Support the team with upkeep and equipment checks.🎨 Special projects – Assist with painting, curb appeal, and general property improvements.📦 Shop & supply management – Keep the maintenance shop organized and stocked.🔒 Safety & security – Follow safety procedures and help ensure a secure environment.

Requirements
