Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, planners, engineers, and IT personnel.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of asset management, or CMMS concepts (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering, reviewing, and preparing maintenance data for migration from Mainsaver to Oracle.
  • Support the maintenance team in validating migrated data, including equipment records, PM schedules, work orders, and spare parts.
  • Help document new processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures related to the Oracle system.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on system functionality and data accuracy.
  • Shadow maintenance technicians to understand current workflows and ensure accurate system alignment.
  • Assist with cleanup of legacy data, including identifying duplicates, missing information, and outdated records.
  • Provide general administrative and technical support to the maintenance and reliability teams during the transition.
  • Help train end users by preparing reference materials, quick guides, or job aids as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to asset management and maintenance planning.
