This role helps ensure safe and efficient operations by identifying issues early and assisting in resolving equipment problems. The position contributes to minimizing downtime and maintaining consistent production output. Success requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to follow instructions, complete documentation, and work effectively in a team

Nice To Haves

  • Technical or vocational training in a maintenance-related discipline
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Familiarity with maintenance systems or basic computer applications
  • Exposure to troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and assist with repairs on production equipment
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate equipment issues to support timely resolution
  • Record maintenance activities, inspections, and work performed in maintenance systems
  • Support equipment setup, calibration, and basic improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in alignment with operational standards
