Distinguishing Career Features The Facilities Maintenance is responsible for assisting with maintenance, care and efficient operation of all equipment and facilities used by LRCHC. The position will require specific features, such as: A professional, yet friendly demeanor allowing for the ability to work with various staff in different departments. Ability to quickly learn the equipment and facilities to be maintained. Ability to provide general cleaning of the building(s) and maintenance as needed. Understanding and ability to assist with security for the building and staff. General knowledge of tools required to perform duties and knowledge of how to maintain and store tools. A willingness to work extra hours, including some evenings, weekends and holidays as needed and on-call. Yard work that includes mowing, watering, weeding, garbage pickup, and snow removal. Ability to understand and practice confidentiality in all that you do. Above average attendance.
