Waikiki Health is seeking a full-time Maintenance Housekeeper Pay rate for this role is $20 per hour Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (partial day 6:30 AM-12:30PM), Wednesdays and Sundays OFF Maintenance Housekeeper is responsible for the cleanliness and general maintenance of the facility to ensure a safe, healthy, and presentable environment for staff and patients.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
Highly organized and ability to work independently.
Ability to comprehend job routines, regulations, and work around confidential information.

Responsibilities

Paint, change lights, fix walls as needed, change locks, work on projects throughout the year
Orders, receives, stocks, and track supplies necessary to effectively clean and maintain the facility.
Assist in the safe and proper removal and storage of infectious waste.
Maintain the exterior of the facility by sweeping, picking up trash, and disinfecting walkways, driveway, and the dumpster area.
Comply with all information privacy policies and laws that insure the confidentiality, integrity, and legitimate access to protected health information.
Performs general facility maintenance, repair, and improvement projects.
Other duties as assigned
