The Facilities Maintenance employee supports day-to-day operations by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping. This role is critical to maintaining a safe, functional, and professional work environment for employees and visitors. You will: Perform routine maintenance and repairs. Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. Respond promptly to internal maintenance requests. Complete preventive maintenance activities to the facility. Maintain interior and exterior areas, including lighting, doors, floors, walls and ceilings. Assist with office moves, room setups, furniture assembly, and minor renovation and painting projects. Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment. Adhere to all company safety policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Clean floors, walls, guardrails, and other surfaces in the warehouse and office areas. Maintain the warehouse and offices in a neat and orderly fashion. Operate forklift equipment to stack pallets. Operate the trash compactor, floor scrubber, and cardboard bailer. Perform other duties as requested.
