The Facilities Maintenance employee supports day-to-day operations by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping. This role is critical to maintaining a safe, functional, and professional work environment for employees and visitors. You will: • Perform routine maintenance and repairs. • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. • Respond promptly to internal maintenance requests. • Complete preventive maintenance activities to the facility. • Maintain interior and exterior areas, including lighting, doors, floors, walls and ceilings. • Assist with office moves, room setups, furniture assembly, and minor renovation and painting projects. • Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment. • Adhere to all company safety policies and applicable regulatory requirements. • Clean floors, walls, guardrails, and other surfaces in the warehouse and office areas. • Maintain the warehouse and offices in a neat and orderly fashion. • Operate forklift equipment to stack pallets. • Operate the trash compactor, floor scrubber, and cardboard bailer. • Perform other duties as requested. You have: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Minimum of 2 years of facilities or building maintenance experience (or equivalent internal experience). • Basic working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry. • Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
