About The Position

American Window and Glass is growing - and we're looking for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join our Maintenance Team. If you enjoy working with your hands, fixing things, and learning how industrial equipment operates, this could be a great opportunity for you. What You'll Do: Help maintain and repair industrial equipment Perform preventative maintenance tasks Assist with troubleshooting mechanical systems Support welding and fabrication projects (if experienced) Work closely with production teams to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For: Mechanical aptitude (industrial, automotive, farm, or similar experience) Willingness to learn Dependability and strong work ethic Basic troubleshooting skills Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or welding experience is a plus - but not required.
