Maintenance Helper
About The Position
Assist in Maintenance Tasks : Help with routine preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations of equipment and fixtures. Conduct Inspections : Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and ensure everything is functioning properly. Respond to Requests : Address emergency maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner. Maintain Cleanliness : Keep maintenance areas organized and clean, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored. Report Issues : Communicate ongoing tasks and potential issues to the maintenance supervisor regularly.
Requirements
- Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience : Previous experience in a maintenance role.
- Technical Skills : Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and machinery, along with familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Physical Stamina : Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
