About The Position

The Maintenance position will be responsible for general maintenance of the property, safely instructing guests on rental boats, and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.

Requirements

• Successful candidates will excel in a fast-paced work environment
• Attention to detail is a must
• Work as a team
• Maintenance and boat experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• General handyman – light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, pressure washing
• Boat rentals – instructing guests on boat safety, cleaning boats, and loading/unloading to be serviced
• Operating forklift to receive supply deliveries
• Disposing of trash into dumpsters
• Responding to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
