About The Position

Responsible for duties which include the independent maintenance work and repairs of assigned housing corporation properties and units, building inspections, grounds-keeping, and house-keeping, deliveries & pick-ups of supplies. Monitors the work of the maintenance crew for quality of work and adherence to safety standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Three years’ experience in residential/commercial maintenance
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance

Nice To Haves

• Vocational training/certificate in maintenance field (electrical, plumbing, builder, inspections) is preferred
