About The Position

Join us as a Maintenance Execution Manager at our Rome, GA plant, where you’ll play a critical role in driving maintenance reliability and operational excellence. You’ll lead a high-performing maintenance team, optimize planning and processes, and implement best-in-class strategies to keep our plant running at its best. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment with maintenance/planning supervision or management responsibilities
Strong experience with SAP PM (SAP Super User preferred)
Proven success implementing maintenance programs and strategies (TPM, RCM, Planning/Scheduling, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance)
Supervisory experience with maintenance teams
Knowledge of PLC programming and automation

Responsibilities

Drive Maintenance Reliability – Collaborate with Maintenance and Operations teams to improve equipment reliability and integrate maintenance into capital projects.
Implement Best Practices – Identify, document, and execute maintenance and reliability best practices while managing departmental budgets.
Strategic Planning – Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of predictive and preventive maintenance activities using root cause analysis to resolve issues.
Lead and Develop People – Supervise maintenance supervisors, planners, and purchasing personnel, ensuring staffing, scheduling, and skills training are optimized.
