The Maintenance Engineering Supervisor will manage engineers and key engineering projects to improve operations throughput, cost efficiency, technology upgrades, and facility maintenance. This role requires a strong working knowledge of the facility's technical operations and infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Foundry or Industrial Technologies, Materials Science, Metallurgy, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Relevant work experience
  • Five to seven years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a supervisor/manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong working knowledge of the facility's technical operations and infrastructure
  • Manage engineers and key engineering projects in support of improved operations throughput, cost efficiency, technology upgrades, and facility maintenance
  • Support daily maintenance operations with problem definition, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
  • Perform other related duties related to Manufacturing Engineering including Project Management, Capital Prioritization & Tracking, and Equipment Specification Qualification
