Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)
• 8+ years in engineering and maintenance within high-volume manufacturing, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems (Rockwell, Siemens, etc.)
• CMMS expertise and capital planning experience
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and design-for-maintenance principles
