About The Position
As the Engineering and Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the plant’s maintenance and engineering functions to ensure equipment reliability, process efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role involves managing maintenance teams, overseeing capital projects, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance. This position would be successor to the Plant Manager role.
