About The Position

Coury Hospitality is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's facilities and systems.What you'll get to do Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hotel systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and reduce costs This is a second shift position, must have night shift availability

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred
• Proven experience in maintenance, engineering, or a related field, with a focus on hospitality or facilities management
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including troubleshooting and repair
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures, including OSHA regulations and emergency response plans
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and tools, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
