About The Position

Coury Hospitality is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's facilities and systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred
• Proven experience in maintenance, engineering, or a related field, with a focus on hospitality or facilities management
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including troubleshooting and repair
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures, including OSHA regulations and emergency response plans
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and tools, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• This is a second shift position, must have night shift availability

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hotel systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and reduce costs
