Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Relevant technical certifications or licenses are preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities to minimize downtime.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, implementing effective solutions promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and equipment upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of major maintenance projects and equipment installations.
  • Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and longevity.
