Requirements

  • 2-5 years of proven maintenance experience in hospitality, commercial, or institutional settings, demonstrating progressive technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, with the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex mechanical infrastructure.
  • Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
  • Professional certification in pool operation and maintenance (e.g., CPO - Certified Pool Operator), demonstrating commitment to safety and specialized hospitality maintenance.
  • Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Read, write and understand English.

Nice To Haves

  • Valid driver’s license preferred.
  • Preventive maintenance background preferred.
