Requirements

2-5 years of proven maintenance experience in hospitality, commercial, or institutional settings, demonstrating progressive technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities.
Advanced technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, with the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex mechanical infrastructure.
Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
Professional certification in pool operation and maintenance (e.g., CPO - Certified Pool Operator), demonstrating commitment to safety and specialized hospitality maintenance.
Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Read, write and understand English.
