About The Position

For this position we are looking for a student who can complete part-time work at 15-20 hours a week along their regular schedule semester. This internship does not have a specified end date but instead depends on the student’s graduation timeline, job performance, and business needs. Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Drive, determination, and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results; able to work independently without close supervision

• Critical problem analysis, decision making and analytical abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Experienced with AutoCAD / SolidWorks
• Sophomore, junior, or senior college student earning a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical, industrial, aerospace or a similar engineering field.
• Cumulative G.P.A of 2.8 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with maintenance to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Assist in developing maintenance documentation including procedures and safety documents.
• Create/update 2D and 3D CAD files.
• Assist with capital projects to maintain or upgrade facility equipment.
• Assist with capital projects to install new equipment.
• Collaborate with the safety team on various projects.
• Represents maintenance on cross-functional teams.
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulation.
