SUMMARY / GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF JOB: Under direction of the Electrical Supervisor, the Maintenance Electrician is responsible for the daily operation and electrical maintenance of buildings to include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and all other building related electrical systems.

Requirements

Knowledge of hand and power tools.
Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle potentially highly stressful situations.
Ability to create and maintain a positive team atmosphere with effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with a variety of people and personalities.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Four (4) years’ experience in electrical field
High school graduate or equivalent
U.S. Citizenship.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
