The Maintenance Division Manager leads day-to-day operations of our Maintenance Division, including landscape maintenance, lawn care, irrigation, and snow removal. This role is key to driving department growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high-quality, efficient field operations. We’re looking for a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, proven team leadership, and a customer-first mindset.
Requirements
- 5+ years of landscape maintenance experience
- 3+ years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of lawn care, irrigation, pruning, and maintenance systems
- Proven leadership and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage teams, clients, and multiple priorities effectively
- Valid Driver’s License
- MN DOT Medical Card
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage multiple maintenance crews
- Oversee scheduling, safety, DOT compliance, and equipment maintenance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance clients
- Build and retain maintenance accounts through excellent service
- Drive maintenance sales, renewals, and change orders
- Ensure quality control and continuous process improvement
- Manage snow and ice removal operations during winter
- Oversee budgets, staffing levels, fleet, and equipment expenses
- Collaborate with Operations Leadership to support growth and efficiency
