The Maintenance Division Manager leads day-to-day operations of our Maintenance Division, including landscape maintenance, lawn care, irrigation, and snow removal. This role is key to driving department growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high-quality, efficient field operations. We’re looking for a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, proven team leadership, and a customer-first mindset.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of landscape maintenance experience
  • 3+ years in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong knowledge of lawn care, irrigation, pruning, and maintenance systems
  • Proven leadership and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to manage teams, clients, and multiple priorities effectively
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • MN DOT Medical Card

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and manage multiple maintenance crews
  • Oversee scheduling, safety, DOT compliance, and equipment maintenance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance clients
  • Build and retain maintenance accounts through excellent service
  • Drive maintenance sales, renewals, and change orders
  • Ensure quality control and continuous process improvement
  • Manage snow and ice removal operations during winter
  • Oversee budgets, staffing levels, fleet, and equipment expenses
  • Collaborate with Operations Leadership to support growth and efficiency
