This role owns sales, operations, team leadership, and profitability. This is a rare opportunity to build a division from the ground up with full ownership support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of landscape maintenance or service operations experience
- Proven leadership and team management
- Sales confidence and pricing discipline
- Strong organizational and financial skills
- High accountability and ownership mindset
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a $1M+ maintenance portfolio
- Sell new maintenance contracts and upsell enhancements
- Hire and manage field crews
- Own route efficiency, labor control, and margins
- Deliver a premium client experience
- Track and report KPIs weekly and monthly
