The Maintenance Director is responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the general operating maintenance, repair, and housekeeping at a WellQuest Living building and its physical plant to maintain proper operations of the property. This role oversees the general operations of the maintenance department and housekeeping department to ensure that the property is maintained in a safe, clean and comfortable manner. Responsibilities also include hiring, evaluating, coordinating, motivating, monitoring performance, scheduling and supervising department staff in accordance with company policy. The Maintenance Director makes recommendations to the Executive Director with respect to staff evaluations, merit pay increases, reprimands, disciplinary actions and terminations.
