About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Maintenance Director for Marigold Rehab and Healthcare Center. This role involves supervising and coordinating maintenance department activities to ensure environmental center compliance with Federal, State, and Local ordinances, regulations, and building codes. The director will also ensure the community is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition, in good repair, and free from hazards related to electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems. Additionally, the position is responsible for providing quality laundry service. Requirements

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
• Minimum of one year of prior experience of maintenance supervisory experience required
• Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
