About The Position
Sprenger Health Care is a third generation, leading developer, owner and operator of senior living communities and services in Ohio and South Carolina. Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- High school education preferred
- 2 years experience in related field.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Responsibilities
- Build various structures requiring the use of various materials.
- Organize fire drills, maintain records of fire drills, check all extinguishers and assist Fire Marshall with inspections.
- Do minor plumbing repairs such as, replacing and unclogging hair traps, unplugging toilets, repairing washers and dryers, replacing broken pipes/water lines.
- Follow established performance standards and performs duties according to maintenance policies and procedures.
- Make environmental rounds routinely and initiate corrective action as necessary.
- Supervise maintenance department personnel.
