Spring Arbor of Williamsburg is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee all building operations and ensure a safe, well-maintained environment for our residents and team. Position Details: Full-Time, Exempt Salary: $75,000 annually What You’ll Do: Oversee daily maintenance operations for the community Ensure building systems, equipment, and grounds are properly maintained Manage preventative maintenance programs and work orders Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and inspections Support a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting HVAC Universal Certification (preferred) Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record High School Diploma or equivalent Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Experience with building systems, repairs, and preventative maintenance Why Join Spring Arbor?At Spring Arbor, you’re not just maintaining a building—you’re helping create a home. Safely meeting residents’ needs in strict accordance with Company policies and procedures and in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
