Job Purpose: As the Maintenance Director, you will oversee preventive maintenance and urgent repair needs while providing counsel to management regarding community issues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have HVAC Experience.
- Must be available for on-call rotations.
- Must have knowledge of general maintenance and functions of all equipment.
- Must carry cell phone and respond to maintenance calls.
- Must know how to turn off main power supply, water supply, and/or gas supply to community.
- Must have some knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, equipment, machinery, etc.
- Must be knowledgeable of Exposure Control Plan for Bloodborne Pathogens and Fire & Disaster Plan and follow policies and procedures.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred SNF experience.
- Preferred knowledge of Life Safety Regulations.
- Prior Senior Housing Maintenance Experience
