We are looking for skilled Director of Maintenance and Environmental Services to become a part of our facility's compassionate and hospitable care-giving team. Administers and directs environmental services program to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment; to procure or generate all utilities and their distribution systems; coordinates these activities with the other departments to ensure safe and efficient operations; attends staff meetings to ascertain facility policies, assists in their development, and interprets these policies to environmental staff members; may direct safety, fire control, security and civil-defense programs and participate in facility infection control programs. Requirements

Experience in a job related field
Manager experience minimum 1 year
Clean background check
Authorized to work in the United States of America
SNF Regulatory experience required
Life Safety Experience in SNF required

Responsibilities

Administers and directs environmental services program to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment
