About The Position

IFF is seeking a driven, enthusiastic, innovative professional to join our New Century Kansas manufacturing team in the role of Maintenance Data Specialist. The maintenance data specialist role builds and maintains the maintenance data systems at the New Century plant site. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Gatekeeper for maintenance management information(MMIS) system at the New Century Site. Manage MMIS portion of the management of change(MOC) process. Responsible for building and maintaining equipment BOMS, creating equipment IDs, facilitating P&ID updates, and establishing equipment preventive maintenance plans. Maintain inspection reports and PSM critical documentation. Collaborate with site engineers, operations and maintenance teams. Review maintenance inventory levels and standardize equipment when possible. Participate on maintenance and capital project teams to ensure site standards are followed when possible. Complete SAP data analyses to review maintenance efficiencies and opportunities. Responsible for maintaining MMIS procedures and assisting with work order closures.

  • Prior experience with SAP / Maintenance Management Software is a plus.
